telephone line usage; number of rings before call is answered;
unanswered calls; account codes; date/time of incident; inbound/outbound
calls by geographic regions; convert area codes to city and
state for more detailed reporting; local, long distance, international
calls; calls over 10 minutes (may be set to desired setting);
voice mail call-out (insure employees are being notified after
hours/weekends to verify after hour notification corresponds
to employee time card); cost accounting, and much MORE!
FLEXIBILITY! View all the information, or only what you need
at the moment. Various summary information allows you to select
what you want to analyze. Allows flexible area code database
for users. You can add new area codes as they become available
in the United States for constant updated regional call identification.
Allows for remote workstation capability. Accommodates 10-digit
local dialing plans. Accommodates Centrex / CentraNet (dial
additional "9"). Reports can be saved as a file, or exported
for e-mail transfer. Available "Help" Menu. The program does
not require user-intervention (will automatically start collecting
data once installed).
For Caller ID, this service must be activated by your local
telephone company and Caller ID card's must be installed into
the telephone system.
A Universal PanaLog cable kit is included in every software
box. Our cable kits will accommodate every Panasonic KX-T, KX-TD,
KX-TA, KX-TDA, KX-TAW telephone system.
This
Software has the capability to work off a remote computer within
the office. Extend your connection 300ft using a CAT5 cable
and the PanaLog adaptors! Your workstation computer does not
have to be located next to your telephone system. Collect the
telephone data while comfortably sitting at your desk.
